Aevori support never requires your conversation history. Share only the details you intentionally choose.

Before contacting support

• Open Settings → Models & Storage and run Check Again.
• Confirm the required model and speech assets are installed.
• Keep the app in the foreground during first model installation.
• Never send a conversation transcript unless you intentionally choose to share it.

Common recovery

If a model fails its integrity check, delete that model from Models & Storage and download it again. Your conversations and memories are stored separately.
